Episode 21: January 15, 2003 - Kennebecasis Valley 790 St. Patrick 360

Yes! The StatMan rejoices!

I am very impressed by Kennebecasis Valley this year. Yeah, they may have only scored 790 points today, but I'm very impressed. They seemed nervous, but they didn't let their nerves overtake their composure. The way I see it, the mark of a focused, composed team is if they can keep up an Athenian strategy into the Lightning round, which they did. Oh, I'm also impressed by Patrick and his 640 points in today's game... that's the highest single game score by one player so far in Season 2.

I think that St. Patrick's ultimate downfall came in their inability to notice Kennebecasis' Athenian strategy and the fact that Sean was giving Patrick a few answers. Taking that into account, I would have Dawged Lydia instead of Sean. However, they did put up a very good fight, especially during the Mio's Moment category, and should be proud of themselves.
